This course is designed to equip students with technical skills to enable them acquire an entry position in any reception or housekeeping department of a hotel. A blend of practical training and classroom theory enhances the student’s confidence in carrying out the tasks of a receptionist, guest relations officer, concierge, or housekeeping supervisor, and at the same time strengthens their customer service skills.

The curriculum is based on the respective module descriptors of the Swiss Alpine Diploma in Hotel Management, and includes an industry placement of 20 weeks.
